- Two night minimum stay required on:
- Weekends from Memorial Day to Labor Day
- Holidays
- Smoking is allowed in limited areas
- Limited accommodations for guest pets
- Children are welcome although no childcare is offered
- Deposit required (1/2 of stay or 1 night, whichever is greater)
- Your deposit confirms your reservations. The balance of payment is due upon
arrival by cash, credit card, or certified check. No personal or business checks
accepted.
- Check in: 3:00 PM / Check out: 11:00AM
- Late check out of 1:00 PM may be arranged for an additional fee of $25.00 plus
taxes. Check out after 1:00PM will be charged an additional nightly rate for the room.
- Cancellations -- A reservation may be canceled by phone or in writing with the
following service charges:
- 4 weeks prior to arrival date -- 10% of total stay
- 2 weeks -- 50% of total stay
- less than 1 week or failure to arrive without notification -- 100% of total stay
- All cancellations shall be subject to a $20.00 processing fee
